Summary

I am a highly motivated and results-driven First Line Manager with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed performance targets. I take pride in getting things done efficiently from the outset and never hesitate to ask questions to ensure tasks are completed correctly. With a strong background in improving operational workflows and boosting team morale, I have consistently enhanced productivity and employee retention through proactive leadership and effective training programmes.

I am a loyal and dedicated team player, with a hands-on approach to task completion and a solid understanding of mentoring and staff development.

You may notice a gap in my employment history – this was due to travelling around the world for just over a year.

More recently, I joined KNP (Knights of Old) and began a bootcamp within the company to train as a Class 1 HGV driver. Unfortunately, the company went into administration shortly after I started. I then resumed my HGV training with Hughes Driving Training, and I’m proud to say I successfully passed.
