Over my career so far, I have developed strong communication and organisational skills, taking pride in ensuring my work is thoroughly completed to a high standard and providing the best customer service that I can. A key strength of mine is getting involved in the detail of what I'm doing and I thrive when confronter with issues and finding the best solution and identifying how a process can be improved.
Started off as a Recruitment Consultant (180) in June 2021 and then progressed to Team Lead by August 2022. In 2024 there was a company restructure and I stepped down to a Principal Consultant level before leaving in April.
