Key Responsibilities;
- Project Management and overall delivery of various development schemes, from a variety of initial inception points, such as pre-contract, pre-tender and post contract.
- Preparing and submitting development schemes to Welsh Government for Technical Approval and Grant drawdown.
- Preparing and presenting Board Reports on all developments to ensure commercial viability sign off.
- Liaising with Architects, Employers’ Agents, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Consultants, Contractors, Principle Designers and Engineers. Including procuring and formalising their appointments.
- Understanding, Actioning and Submitting all Welsh Government applications relating to a variety of funding option, from SHG, ICF, HCF, LBDF etc
- Financial Management of consultants fees and contract spend.
- Managing and formalising any on site variations.
- Technical reviews throughout the development process and to ensure to engage with internal compliance team.
- Actioning legal documentation (including sectional agreements and securing surety providers).
- Working with and advising contractors on each development, organising various investigations that are required (from Site Investigations, R&D surveys to working with the statutory utility companies).
