• Took over a team of five and have grown to six. Successfully developed team members, including supporting promotions.
• Win and deliver multiple research projects simultaneously, most of which are quantitative and include a survey component. Consistently win repeat work from multiple clients.
• Building up a media presence, including appearances on BBC News, LBC, and having been quoted several times in tier 1 newspapers.
• Starting to build a new marketing strategy for the company. So far, I have doubled website events through SEO and new content, and built a newsletter subscription list of 2,000 contacts through website download forms.

• Successfully won and delivered several projects simultaneously. This includes building partnerships to expand the capability of the team.
• Supported the ongoing development of the CBI Economics brand. This included shaping the brand’s purpose, principles and growth strategy. I was also involved in a market research project looking to inform a potential new subscription product.
• Improved the capacity management approach of the team through leading efforts to find, test and roll out new timesheet software for the team while embedding better team practices to identify and mitigate capacity issues.

• Regularly presented to and engaged with government and C-suite level contacts. This includes managing the Economic Growth Board, a quarterly C-suite committee that forms part of the CBI’s external governance structure.
• Created and led the draft and maintenance of an ‘economic script', to provide a team-wide bank of material to reduce prep time for various activities.
• Supported the creation of a new portal for collating member insights, allowing the team to more easily quantify and collate qualitative insights.

Directly account managing a portfolio of c-suite contacts from mostly SME accounts for the London and South region, whilst also leading on sales and onboarding of new members.

Leading recruitment of new members (company executives) for a government lobbying organisation for three regions of the UK.
