I am very familiar with both the physical and financial management of farm enterprises and am competent in advising farmers on how to develop their businesses successfully.   • Dairy Development Adviser for 7+ years. Working with developing dairy farms in the Fermanagh and South Tyrone area. I currently manage and facilitate 3 Dairy Business Development Groups with the aim of Knowledge Transfer and members learning from other members through discussion.
  • I also advise group members on a one to one basis on developing these farms both physically and financially through benchmarking and other on farm discussions.
