Successes and Achievements:
· Led the build of a new multi-trust Pathology LIMS environment to integrate and share Patient Clinical records between 3 Central and NE London Trusts, creating new order sets, Clinical Place Holders, and Hospital workflows, significantly improving Consultant, Clinical, Pathology Technician productivity and reducing administrative workloads.
· Assisted in the development and presentation of a new OBC, securing technical and business funding of (£4.5m) to extend the Trusts Histopathology Department capabilities and building floor plan, future proofing and significantly increasing the laboratories diagnostic capacity.
· Co-ordinated structured and governed the activities of expert EPR Programme Team, fostering a team environment of inclusivity and professionalism, establishing timelines and assigning tasks, (FHIR, HL7 Messaging Standards), (9 Clinical Coders and 6 SME’s).
· Chaired Pathology SLT, Departmental, Executive and external Trust LIMS expert EPR team meetings, authoring OBC’s and PID’s building collaborative, productive and lasting relationships, with Specialist Clinical and 3rdParty Vendor support teams to consolidate and build new DCW’s, Order Sets and Clinical Placeholders. (Oracle Health, Clinisys).
· Leveraged legacy device capabilities and influenced the vendor selection, and procurement of new infrastructure, and End User Devices saving over (£125k).
Created the Pathology Go-Live and Cutover timeline plan, Built the timeline, Staff and Clinical Training Programmes. (F2F, Classroom, CBT, and E-Learning) (adopted by SLT and EPR Board).
Successes and Achievements:
· Consulted and built the Business Case for the procurement of Badgernet Maternity for the Trusts Maternity, Neonatal and Community Midwife Services (£5m), detailed Business Case outlining benefits, ROI and estimated savings of £125k per year over existing systems and solutions, approved by the Trusts Executive and Clinical Boards.
· Co-ordinated and structured the activities of programme / project Expert Teams, establishing the Trusts digital preparedness, Mapped the Trusts current paper-based Maternity, Neonatal and Community Services processes, creating comparisons with the new EPR pathways, recommending changes to the current processes to enable the seamless integration with the new Digital EPR platform, streamlining Patient Care and Clinical processes.
· Completed an evaluation of the Trusts legacy platforms, and End User Devices, completing a Gap analysis report, leveraging existing platform capabilities, recommending and Influencing the vendor selection and procurement of new End User devices, to ensure Operational, Clinical, ICT compliance and Patient safety. · Collaborated and influenced the final decision on the procurement of a new digital Maternity EPR Platform by the Trusts Senior Maternity Team, Presenting the full Business Case to the Trusts Executive and Clinical Boards, gaining final approval for procurement of Badgernet Maternity.
· Completed negotiations and finalised timelines and contracts with the 3rd Party Vendor for support and fiscal spend, structuring activities for the programme / project Teams, and implementing industry standard project assurance, reporting and management tools, to foster inclusive and collaborative team environments.
· Mapped the Trusts current paper-based Maternity, Neonatal and Community Services processes, creating comparisons, providing recommendations and changes needed to the current processes to enable the seamless integration with the new future state Digital EPR platform.

· Mapped the current Paper based Processes and Technical platforms, presenting a Gap analysis report leveraging the capabilities of existing devices and platforms, influencing and making recommendations on Vendor selection. (WiFi, End User devices and infrastructure upgrades).
· Successfully completed a proof of concept programme, showcasing the new Technologies, and EPR integration. Detailed findings presented to the Trust's Maternity & EPR Review Boards.
· Facilitated the successful deployment of a new Pharmaceutical ordering software Platform within the Critical Care and Neonatal Departments, making an estimated year on year savings of £500k.
· Composed the Trust Maternity SMEs Staff Training plans, (F2F, CBT, Video, e-Learning), distributing RBAC Smartcards, and rolling out a secure remote access solution for the Community Home Birth Midwives.
· Co-ordinated full EPR digital Millennium / BadgerNet Patient / Clinical process walkthroughs, with Clinicians SME’s, and Software Developers to close outstanding TIs and CCRs. (FHIR, HL7 coding Standards).

· Consulted on the technical / clinical procurement of industry leading HaaS, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and VDI platforms, conducting contractual negotiations and preparing Board papers as part of the Trusts 5 year Digital ICT strategic plan (£21m), with estimating savings of £3m over 5 years.
· Liaised with Stakeholders, conducting vendor selection and contractual negotiations, influencing the decision making process, and agreeing procurement timelines and support Terms and Conditions.
· Partnered and collaborated with the Trusts Clinical Mental Health Teams, to map new operational workflows and patient pathways, aligning them with NHSE guidelines and standards.
· Spearheaded the introduction of Industry Leading multi-factor security access software (Inc. tracking of BYOD Devices) reducing Clinical and Patient Risk, whilst enhancing End User experiences.

· Co-ordinated and restructured the EPR, ICT project / programme PMO portfolio, Liaising with stakeholders defining and restructuring programme and project deliverables into 14 clearly defined Digital ICT, EPR Programmes (£7m), Initiating the Trusts 5 year Digital project roadmap (2022/2027). Saving (£1.25m).
· Influenced Vendor selection, and conducted contractual negotiations on the replacement of the Trust's WiFi, Cloud, and Disaster Recovery Platforms. (£2.5m).
· Managed and mentored 4 Project Managers and 12 Project Resources. Implementing formal industry leading project management tools and Digital Documentation, (Prince 2, ITILv3, Agile, Scrum).
· Liaised and collaborated on the successful deployment throughout the Trust, a new Digital Clinical, Patient Record Access Portal and digital documentation, using NHSE, PRSB standards.

· Co-ordinated and liaised with the CCO and Stakeholders, and developers the Clinical and Patient design of 2 new digital Peri-Operative, Surgical and Pre-Assessment electronic documents, to capture and share Patient and Clinical records and assessments, (AllScripts Patient Portal, SAC EPR) the new Platforms adopted throughout the Trust's Primary Care and Community Service locations, significantly reducing duplication of Clinical effort, Administrative time, and duplication of Patient Records. · Led the successful deployment and installation of “K2” EPR Maternity Software, and new Hardware Platforms, within 2 Trust Maternity Departments, (£3m).
· Liaising and building productive and collaborative relationships with 3rd Party contractors and Maternity Departmental, Senior Clinical Stakeholders, to implement, Train staff and install the new software and digital maternity equipment. (£4.5m), ensuring minimal intrusion and disturbance to clinical and patient care.
· Established industry Standard Project management, governance assurance, and reporting standards, chairing Stakeholder, Executive and 3rdParty Vendor Meetings. Setting next step gateways and timelines. (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL v3).
