Summary

I am a highly motivated individual who believes in having a strong work ethic.

In past appraisals, it has been said that I was an excellent team player, who could also be left to work independently and efficiently.

I am well aware of health and safety standards and have a good understanding of risk assessments.

After completing my engineering qualifications, I was offered a position as a Trainee Instrument Designer at Amec. A few years later, I gained a diploma in engineering construction design and draughting, completed my modern apprenticeship and progressed through my career in the oil and gas as an Instruments CAD Designer.

I took time out in 2016 to start a family and came back to the oil and gas industry when I joined Score Europe in 2022.

I started as a Project Support Administrator at Score as a 'foot in the door' and proceeded to start my current position as Project Support Engineer a few months later.

I would say that my experience in both administration and sales would be beneficial to a new role within Score Energy should I be considered for Customer Support Co-Ordinator.

Duties include:

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
  • Check stock for valve solutions to satisfy client requirements.
  • Produce price and delivery to issue to the market place to satisfy client requirements.
  • Complete technical and commercial review of supplier quotations to ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications.
  • Produce sales quotations to clients for all valve, actuator, and spares requirements.
  • Produce Purchase Requisition for procurement of valve, actuator, and spares to satisfy new supply activities.
  • Produce picklists and issue work instruction to production for new supply activities.
  • Checking and ensuring the accuracy of status reporting as per clients requirements.
  • Technical assistance and resolution of QA goods in and goods out issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to the customer for valve and actuator related issues.
  • Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients.
  • Update and utilise company systems.
