I joined RightSpend as a Client Services Director. My role was to win new business in the UK. Selling a SaaS platform licence to enterprise B2C brands.
In this role I won accounts with ITV, Direct Line and ASDA. These were sold at $175,000 per account.
My line manager (the Chief Revenue Officer) left the business in June 2024 and I was asked to step in so my role changed. I am now the Global Business Development Director. My role since this date has been to hire, train and coach the sales team, as well as take on the lions share of the target ($1,750,000) as well as supporting the team at meetings, with negotiations and closing.
I currently have responsibility for the global target which was achieved in 2024 of $4,725,000.
