  • Supported people with complex needs to access the community, following their personalized guidelines of support, to increase independence, critical thinking and decision making and assisting with personal care when needed.
  • Supported people with complex needs in their homes, dressing and personal care such as leg dressings. Food preparation and general daily tasks and challenges
  • I was placed within a day center as external staff on a 1-1 basis, to promote inclusion and encourage positive interactions with other adults attending the day center and staff members
  • I have supported people with complex needs on a sleeping night basis, administered medication and helped with finance and record keeping, till checks and banking of money with receipts
