My most recent role was as as a paralegal in pre-litigation handling my own caseload to progress claims and advise clients. I worked as part a team and within the wider department to help reach targets and improve client care. I have become proficient in the Proclaim case management system and can draft legal documentationas well as liaise with third parties professionally.

I have been able to expand on my skills in customer service and attention to detail as well as gain valuable experience in administration of cases, negotiating, settlements, allocation of funds, legal writing and advising clients while maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information to uphold ethics standards.
