As a newly qualified Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, I am committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred, and family-centred care to children and young people. My clinical experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in medication administration, post-operative care, and monitoring vital signs, always with a strong focus on dignity, equality, and inclusion. I am particularly confident in recognising early signs of deterioration, managing challenging behaviour, and safeguarding vulnerable patients in emotionally complex situations. I thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively with both families and colleagues, and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care for every child.
