Summary

I am very passionate about caring for others which can only be done through a team of people alike. Building strong relationships and caring for one another is the key to success. I am returning to school to ensure I continue my personal progression and continue to learn and share my knowledge. I have many trainings and certificates which can be passed on upon request. In the last couple of years I became a dementia care mapper but also a coach in PIDC alongside managing and leading a home between 10 and 17 residents and a staff team to up to 7.

I officially started my journey in domiciliary care full time from July 2015 however was working as a bank carer for the previous year alongside another work.
