I am currently working as a Marketing Operations Assistant, with hands on experience doing weekly live competition draws and delivering marketing campaigns. My responsibilities include setting up and scheduling SMS campaigns, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time. I am an adaptable team member who supports the CRM team with copywriting, email marketing, and push notifications to engage customers effectively.

I have experience using Braze, Fonix, and Melodi to support campaign setup, customer communications, and day-to-day marketing operations. Through this role, I have developed strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills while working in a fast-paced marketing environment.

I am currently completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship through the Bauer Academy alongside my role as a Marketing Operations Assistant. This has allowed me to develop both my practical marketing skills and industry knowledge while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. This apprenticeship has given me the chance to explore more marketing, like social media marketing too. Throughout my apprenticeship, I have strengthened my understanding of CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, customer communications, campaign planning, copywriting, and marketing operations. I continue to build my technical skills as well as develop my confidence in supporting live campaigns and collaborating with the wider marketing team.
