As manager my duties included, cashing up tills, banking monies, recruitment and staff training, completing all paperwork related to the business, store audits, ordering stock, budgets, H&S, food hygiene compliance, responsible for the sale of alcohol and national lottery, security of store alarms, security cameras, money and stock, doing audits and security checks in other Walter Willsons stores, dealing with inspectors, police, buyers and relevant people associated with the business
