• Designing and supporting the development and implementation of DEI strategy for corporate clients.
• Write, Implement, and Review DEI at organisational level policy.
• Provide professional advice, guidance and support on Diversity and Inclusion matters.
• Conducting research and sourcing data on Law, Public Policy, Equality Act 2010, Inclusion and Discrimination- relevant to work employment law and individuals' rights. Creating intranet content on the research for accessible use for HR and Workforce.
• Designing the People Survey for global roll out of DEI data collection.
• Auditing existing recruitment policies and process, job adverts, website content and inclusive language.
