Overseeing the creation of actionable MI for Executive Committees and senior leadership teams, I ensure that tactical and strategic MI is appropriate, meaningful and joined up. I pride myself in visual storytelling, data-led analysis and a holistic approach to providing insights into the operational performance across the FCA. Including;

  • Production of monthly COO reports to the Executive Committee, including narrative and observations on significant trends, outliers and areas of concern.

I have been a keen musician from a young age, starting with a classical background, performing in places such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Sydney Opera House and Winchester Cathedral. My musical interests shifted towards rock and pop music during my teenage years and, after completing my A-Levels this became my main focus. I played in touring bands, playing bass guitar, winning HMV’s Best Unsigned Band competition in 2003. My work also included studio recording (I have recorded with Sony, Universal and Decca in addition to independent labels). I am still an active musician to this day, albeit on an amateur basis.
