• To optimise the site being responsible for all site procurement, Operation and supply chain teams. This included restructuring the operation 3 months after starting.
• Down sizing the operation to take it from loss making to profit in 12 months to enable the sale to Highland Spring.
• Optimise the production site using CI tools and best practice.
• Build key relationships with customer and suppliers to maximise our capability and ensure trust and open approaches are adopted across the business.
• To complete the sale of the business to Highland Spring, ensuring we meet all legal and busness requirements, working closely with legal and compliance.
• Maximise operational and customer performance using SKU &Customer optimisation to improve business margin. Remove non value add activities and simplify the business.
