  • I lead the design and delivery of leadership training for leaders of all levels in the business. I am responsible for facilitating our graduate programme and our onboarding experience for new starters. This includes designing key learning elements. I managed the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide up-to-date reports on learning activities throughout the business, focusing on compliance performance.
