  • For much of the role I was solely responsible for the Microsoft Exchange system, and one of team of three responsible for Active Directory (full Office 365 environment). Before leaving the company I ensured a further team member was fully trained up on the Exchange system and all the integrated applications to ensure continuity of knowledge.
