I did work experience for two weeks at Diamond Forms Ltd where i supported the team. My duties contained packaging orders, communicating with customers via telephone, assisting by loading the printer and trimming printed materials. I also experienced filling in date order, quality-checking materials to make sure they were at the correct standard and overall supported the team with day-to-day tasks. During my time at Diamond Forms Ltd, i was always punctual and made sure i arrived on time and ready to work. I worked well as part of a team and was happy to help when needed. I always remained polite and respectful towards customers, ensuring customer service was immaculate. In addition, i listened to instructions carefully and made sure that my attitude to working was always to the highest standard.
