As a Nursery Practitioner, I worked with children aged 6 months to 3 years and took responsibility for key children, building positive relationships with parents and staff through regular updates and sharing key events. I also developed support plans tailored specifically to each child, including those with additional needs and SEN, to ensure they were cared for safely, appropriately supported, and treated with compassion. I have a strong understanding of children's individual needs, preferences, and allergies, and I planned and delivered weekly activities to support their development. My experience includes basic first aid, knowledge of fine and gross motor skills, and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework. I have also completed training in safeguarding, safe sleep, and Prevent duty.

I have experience in customer service, providing a friendly and professional approach while supporting customers' needs. My responsibilities have included cash handling, stock rotation and date checking to maintain store standards, handling Evri parcels brought into the store, and carrying out age verification checks in line with Think 25 procedures.

I have experience picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. I worked early morning shifts from 4am to 8am, which required strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
