Low Secure - Forensic Personality Disorder Unit

• Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments of individuals with complex personality difficulties, integrating information from clinical interviews, psychometric testing, file reviews, and collateral sources,
• Develop trauma-informed, evidence-based formulations to guide care planning, intervention, and risk management,
• Deliver and oversee psychologically informed interventions (individual and group led), with a particular emphasis on trauma-focused therapeutic work and risk reduction,
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments (experience with HCR-20, RSVP, and SAM),
• Facilitate reflective practice groups for staff, providing a psychologically safe space to consider the emotional impact of the work,
• Lead and contribute to care formulation meetings,
• Provide clinical supervision to assistant and trainee psychologists, supporting their professional development and clinical decision-making,
• Liaise closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team, to support collaborative decision-making in the patient's best interests.

Locked Rehabilitation Unit for Complex Mental Health

• Conducting comprehensive admission and risk assessments,
• Developing and facilitating group led interventions with an aim to support individuals' substance misuse and emotional regulation difficulties
• Developing training and workshops based on the Positive Behaviour Support model with a specific focus on empowering support staff in the implementation of PBS Plans
• Developing best practice guidelines on how to manage stalking behaviour with an intent to be implemented across Cygnet

• Preparing and presenting psychological feedback within meetings such as Care Programme Approach meetings, 117 Discharge meetings, Multi-agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA), and professionals' meetings.

Medium Secure - Forensic Learning Disability Service

• Administered a variety of psychometrics measuring fire setting interests, interpersonal problems, emotion regulation and recognition, impulse difficulties and substance misuse behaviours
• Adapted materials and measures to ensure they were accessible to the individuals within the service
• Developed symbolised versions of completed risk assessments and Positive Behaviour Support plans to feedback to the patients within the service
• Developed and facilitated a 16-week mindfulness programme for individuals with a learning disability
