• Health Visitor and Breastfeeding Clinic Assistant placement in Tonbridge, Kent during University Studies, 2019. Supported public nurses in postnatal and early childhood health assessments providing holistic and compassionate care.
• Hysterectomy Support Group Worker and Post-Surgical Care Advisor, 2021-2023. Offered trauma-informed, holistic guidance within an established hysterectomy support group, supporting women through surgery recovery and life after surgery. Shared expertise on post-surgical pelvic care, emotional healing and integrative approaches to menopause and hormonal shifts. Provided compassionate responses to member questions about body changes, identity and medical trauma with a focus on nervous system safety and empowerment.
