- Leading the recruitment project for National Grid’s ET Scada programme, with a headcount of 80 across both the transmission and technology sectors, I am responsible for leading the recruitment and retention strategy plan, responsible for the end-to-end plan, development of KPI’s, dashboards, reports and advising hiring managers of HR risks, liaising with union representatives and process improvement.
