I have a blend of start-up, enterprise and mid-size company experience in a HR function including unionised business experience, with a prior specialism in talent acquisition, ER, TUPE and capability and resiliency. I currently work in the public sector, acting as a HR consultant for a large-scale recruitment project, responsible for the workforce planning and recruitment delivery for the ET Scada programme at National Grid, and have prior experience at UnitedHealth a fortune 500 US healthcare insurance company, and Expeditious Services a national corporate security MSP business.

- Leading the recruitment project for National Grid’s ET Scada programme, with a headcount of 80 across both the transmission and technology sectors, I am responsible for leading the recruitment and retention strategy plan, responsible for the end-to-end plan, development of KPI’s, dashboards, reports and advising hiring managers of HR risks, liaising with union representatives and process improvement.

- Experience handling mid-level volume TUPE mobilizations from consultation to T&C's, harmonization, risk identification, redundancy and long-term sick management.
