I am overall a very friendly and enthusiastic person with very good proffesinalism, I have worked in 5 star wedding venues which has taught me how to be very professional and has showed me how to be very passionate about new things, I am always willing to take on a challenge and will face any problems that come my way in a positive way. I have lots of customer experience due to working in hospitality previosly, I am a independent self motivated individual with a extremely good work ethic and strong time management skills. I am able to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently possessing excellent memory and aptitude for calculations.
I enjoy the job role very much and think I meet the expectations very well. I ensure that when I'm in contact with customers I greet them professionally and allocate them to where they want to be with no problems, I like to make all customers feel comfortable and at ease when they are around so I am assured they are happy with there service. I will always confidently manage any customer requests by listening actively to concern and providing positive solutions always.
Within this job role I maintained spotlessly clean dining environments for continued best hygiene standards, I took customer orders promptly and made conversations with the customers to show they are in a good and happy environment, I noted down any specific requirements so I knew the customer would get what they wanted and also communicated with the kitchen staff so there was no confusion. Any customer queries I resolved calmly and working with my other team members to achieve positive outcomes of the situation. When I was not facing customer service I would clean up all tables when they were finished with to insure cleanliness and readiness for the next service. I would also serve food and drinks with professionalism and skill, maintaining high presentation and quality standards.
In this job I served high volumes of guests in fast-paced service environments with exceptional customer care, I ensured I kept all guests tables neat and tidy by regularly clearing away dirty dishes and used glasses and wiping down surfaces to maintain high cleanliness.
