In my role as BIM/CAD Manager at RSR Design, I was accountable for managing the BIM department while optimising CAD workflows to enhance project efficiency. I ensured that all projects adhered to industry standards and met specific client requirements, particularly on high-profile projects for clients such as Amazon and Tesco, as well as various commercial fit-out initiatives. By implementing best practices in design collaboration and digital integration, I was able to strengthen our project delivery processes and improve stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of each project.

As Assistant M&E Design Manager (BIM Manager) at ARK M&E (JRL Group), I enhanced my expertise in managing engineering designs and BIM processes by training electrical and mechanical engineers on effective modelling techniques within the Revit environment. I was responsible for overseeing on-site document controllers, ensuring that project managers had access to the latest design plans while actively pursuing updates for as-built drawings and records. In my role as a CAD Designer at Chapman Ventilation, I played a key supporting role to the project manager by creating and detailing ventilation layouts specifically tailored for restaurant and kitchen settings. This involved collaborating with team members to produce accurate designs that met both functional and aesthetic requirements. As a CAD Technician, I was tasked with creating 2D detail drawings of transformed bunds and switch houses for SSE, contributing to a more streamlined design process.
