  • 05/24, Sea Cadet, I have spent two years as Petty Officer in the Clydebank Sea Cadet Corp having moved up from a cadet role. In my role as a Petty Officer, I enjoy various opportunities to support local community events including race marshal cover, attendance at Remembrance Day parades and supervision cadets attending sporting events. My hobbies include cooking and sewing and I enjoy passing on these skills to the Junior Division, which are children aged 9 to 12 years of age. In the past 12 months, I have achieved both my stage 1 sailing and paddle sports certificates. This year I have continued to expand on my seamanship skills having recently achieved Power Boat Level 2 certification and will work towards Safety Boat certification, which I hope to complete within the next 12 months.
