My day to day whilst working at Deichmann involves the following:

  • Open and close the store this including counting money, creating a daily planner , doing security checks and general admin duties.
  • Leading by example, successfully promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products and offering training and support to team members as and when required, ensuring first class levels of customer service.
  • Ensuring that the store is correctly merchandised, product displays are refreshed and inviting to the customers.
