Hello, my name is Chloe Chan. I study business management at university of exeter . I have hands-on experience in retail through my part-time role as a sales associate at GU and bread&butter, where I developed strong skills in customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies. I have always been passionate about the magic of Disneyland as its ability to create unforgettable experiences. This passion, combined with my academic knowledge and practical experience, drives my interest in contributing to Hong Kong Disneyland's Merchandise Team. I am excited about the opportunity to be part of a team that brings joy to guests through thoughtfully planned and developed products, and I am willing apply my skills in product development and operational planning to support this mission.
