As the founder of Above and Beyond Marketing,in 2023, I have held several key responsibilities within the company:

As a agency career working for safe hands I worked at multiple places including, rehabilitation centres, care homes, places involving learning disability's in young adults and Dementia care.

My job role included

• Provided different levels of personal care, such as assisting to get up and ready for the day and helping individual's keep as independent as possible with day to day life, while making sure you were being respectful to the person and making sure they are comfortable.
• Encouraged independence, while assisting invidiously with daily routines and helping them reach there wants and needs.
• Maintaining daily records to make sure different shift leaders and staff are update and to keep track on the residents welfare.
• Moving and handing for individuals that are risk assessed for certain equipment to help with mobility.

• Formed and sustained strategic relationships with clients.
• Established professional relationships with business partners, shareholders and authorities to develop trust, rapport and reliability.
• Kept organisation in compliance with regulations and internal requirements.
• Oversaw day-to-day functioning of the sensory rooms, taking booking, securing contracts and greeting everyone at the door.
• Reported successes, failures and new plans to governing body to guide decision-making.
• Communicated with other directors of all feedback and worked on aims and goals to achieve feedback

As a community carer my job included going to individuals homes this included preparing meals, assisting to get up and ready for the day, helping them back to bed, personal care,helping individuals reach there daily needs and wants, assisting residents to do daily cleaning and giving medication if required.

My job role at Hampton grange nursing home required helping residents to get up and out of bed And ready for the day, some individuals required equipment, Also assisting individuals with meal times, fluids and making sure there needs and wants were met. Some individuals needed more support than others for example, assistance to the community rooms and also assisting individuals to get back in to bed at nighttime but overall making sure everything was done in a form that the resident was respected and supported to be as independent as possible.
