- I am an equity partner and head up the Social Housing sector practice within the firm with a turnover of just over £15,000,000.00
- I sit on the operations committee who is tasked with the management of the firm and the implementation of the firm's strategy. The Operations Committee is the firm's day-to-day administrative operations, that provides guidance to legal and support staff and enforced compliance with rules of the profession.
- As head of housing I have created and lead the Diploma in Social Housing which is a course set for housing practitioners that want to learn the Housing process from cradle to grave.
- As a a lawyer I specialise in Joint ventures for private and public bodies for the development and delivery of new homes. I also advise on SDLT and VAT structures linked to the delivery of housing.
- Led a team of 8 lawyers in the delivery of a Joint Venture between a large North West Registered Provider and a volume House Builder for the delivery of 1350 new homes with various tenures of PRS, Affordable and open market including executive homes. The value of the JV in excess of £350 million and it was reported in the national press.
- Led a team of 6 lawyers in the set up of a JV between a West of England RP and a volume House Builder for the delivery of over 2,000 units across various sites.
- I advised a G15 RP on two JVs with TFL/Barrats on the delivery of two large sites in West London
- I regularly advice RPs and Local Government Housing Companies on acquisition and disposal of PRS, Open Market and Affordable units.
- I lead a division of over 65 lawyers who acquire an average of over 4,000 units of residential per annum for a variety of RPs (for and non for profit RPs) and Local Authority housing companies.
- The team i lead provide the following services, land acquisition, plot sales, construction, procurement, banking, governance, asset management, portfolio transfers and securitization and Housing Management,

- I led a team of property, tax and corporate, procurement lawyers on a JV between an RP and a volume House Builder. The structure provided flexibility to add new sites to the JV structure without the need of setting in new entities.
- I have acted on countless development agreements for the delivery of PRS, Open Market and Affordable Units through forward funded, turnkey and package deals with volume house builders, sophisticated or one off developers.
- Led the 35 strong sector team and taking the sector from less than £400,000.00 per annum to over £5.6 million
