- Partnership with US label team, global Compliance team and the vendor on all kind of packaging / label items, include:hangers, all kind of paper packaging, RFID, QR label, care label ordering system, stickers, translation chart, labels, heat transfer items, boxes, etc and make sure all factories order correctly and without problems.

- Develop and providing my solution to US designer and make sure the finished packaging product is safe, good quality in store, and fulfill different kind of sustainability requirement (Key success item: rebranding the EU Underwear box, belly band, improve the correctness on the RFID, QR and care label system.

- Providing my solution to higher management / Designer on different ad-hoc packaging project.

- Deploy a new item and maintaining the existing items, so that the produced goods the meet the customer's physical and chemical requirement.

- responsible to launch with internal and external parties regarding the development process for new/revised products to ensure that the customer's requirements, quality standards and deadlines are complied.

- Co-ordinate with Global purchasing to develop availability of key materials in global locations

- Co-ordinate with CS, factory and Automation team, placing test order on online ordering system/report and solve out problem error

- Key managing account: Adidas, Polo Ralph Lauren, WE, C&A, ZARA, H&M, Armani, Jack Wolfskin, etc

- Key managing project:

Football patch for National team on World Cup and famous football club include: Manchester United, Spain National football team, Germany National football team

- Meet with overseas and local buyers for new product / samples development and new season trend on gift packaging market.

- Manage and monitor merchandising team in daily operations, which include client servicing, price negotiation, product calculation and product development

- Coordinate with factories for sourcing, sampling, production quality and shipment

- Working with US retailer like Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Walmart (Preparation on Lab testing, inspection and auditing)
