Operated fun attractions for younger riders in the popular Pepper Pig World section of the resort before learning new rides in the greater park area.

Responsibilities included adherence to safety protocols and local regulations for rider safety. This was achieved by ensuring rider counts were consistently accurate allowing only the prescribed number of visitors into the operational area of various rides before securing them into the ride harness.

Great teamwork was essential to ensure everyone was aware of theirs and other areas of responsibility before larger coaster rides operated.

Responsible for maintaining rider safety whilst ensuring the best possible experience was enjoyed by families at the park.

Provided excellent levels of communication and customer service when rides went out of service due to technical issues.

Assisted the maintenance team with up to date information to enable fault detection and resolution.

Assisted with the management of car parking and safe movement of visitors and staff around the park during peak flow periods.

Provided ride safety and operations training for new starters into the business and ensured best practices were followed to current legislation and park safety regulations.
