I have been honoured to receive five distinct awards during my tenure as a swimming student, each recognizing proficiency in a different swimming style. Despite my deep passion for swimming, I made the conscious decision not to pursue competitive swimming due to the significant time commitment it entailed, alongside my academic responsibilities. My early exposure to swimming was a result of living on an island surrounded by diverse bodies of water, and my initial lessons took place in a children's pool. As I progressed, I transitioned to larger pools, where I dedicated five years to achieving various certifications in different swimming styles.
