  • Established and delivered, working closely with the Senior Leadership team, a People & Talent roadmap that resulted in the increase of the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) for employee engagement (from 45 to 65 within 4 months from joining Yumpingo)

Hobbies

I am passionate about psychology, neuroscience and wellbeing. I love sports and spending time in nature. I like to challenge myself with activities like self-defence and cold water swimming as they help me keep healthy and know myself better. I love food and eating out (maybe too much!) and the seaside is one of my favourite places to be
