  • Built and maintained a relationship with third party Genie Connect LTD to ensure LifeSearch has a working trust proposition for personal protection plans. This included providing development ideas and process design to Genie leadership. Data Quality Management ensuring no DPA breaches sending client data outside our network via SFTP. Leading to a 20% personal trust form completion compared to 4% industry average.
