Reason for leaving; unfortunately I had an accident in 2021 that required multiple shoulder and neck surgeries. It was decided to perform a shoulder replacement after a failed surgery in June 2024. Occupational health at the time said that I was not fit for work and due to the recovery time needed combined with the amount of time off that I'd already had the Trust felt that they wouldn't be able to keep my position open for me and it wasn't possible to find me another role. The Trust decided to break my contract on the grounds of ill health. I have since had my shoulder replacement in January 2025 and I am recovering well. I am more than happy to supply my severance letter and occupational health report if requested.
