Nomination for Agency Producer of the Year in 2023 by Managing Director, Martin Verdult, MediaMonks.
"With impressive interpersonal skills, Cherice is the glue that holds, not only the production together, but one would argue the entire agency. In a time when mental health is high on the agenda and job satisfaction is key, her presence makes it a joy to come into the office. Always looking for fun events and initiatives to boost the culture of the agency, Cherice planned and organised the Media.Monks house warming party when the offices relocated to Shoreditch, as well as pulling off a festival for the summer social event, and a disco themed end of year party. Cherice is a positive person who brings a smile into the office on a daily basis. It is clear she gets her energy from being around people. Because of this, she is always excited to jump into any project with any team. Her approach is very much “can-do” and “hands-on”. She is fearless when it comes to problem solving and highly challenging situations. She always works well under pressure, and therefore has a determined approach to all projects. Her approach is to pull the team into the same energy, and inject positivity in the work and challenges. As she says: “The most important factor in any project is being self aware, and aware of your team. If the team is well connected then anything is possible.”
