Responsible for E2E delivery of transformation projects to achieve process optimisation, reduced journey times for instore operations & improved instore app performance. Benefits realised include 20% journey time reduction for instore operations which enabled faster time to market, 100% eliminated manual overrides & adjustments. Project peak team size of 25
Role & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for E2E delivery of transformation projects
· Plan, track and monitor the progress of projects against planned milestones
· Prepare ROM estimates and refine – for planning and delivery phases
· Prepare delivery schedule from inception to warranty, secure & manage resources
· Budget Tracking – planned vs actual
· Closely work with PO/BA/architect – identify epics and prepare epic delivery plans to align with overall project plan
· Identify risk, issues, assumption, and dependency; & effectively track, manage, escalate, and communicate these
· Liaise with Cut-over manager for release and implementation planning
· Daily, weekly, and monthly status update to senior stakeholders – Senior Prodcut owner, product manager and portfolio director
· Plan and Manage service transition process to enable smooth handover of projects to BAU Teams
Successfully led a team of testers in the integration of the PACSUN Supply Chain with EDDIE BAUER through Manhattan Active Omni. All integrations were successfully systems integration tested and user acceptance tested, including e-commerce integration and the finance phase.
