  • Helping staff with light clerical work, such as filing, answering phones, or updating patient surveys as well as visitors and patients finding their way around, acting as a 'meet and greeter' at entrances. I also helped with non-clinical tasks such as tidying bed areas, replacing water jugs, running errands (pharmacy, post), and welcoming new patients while doing this spoke with patients, reading, playing games, and offering emotional support to patients who may feel lonely, anxious, or have few visitors.

Encouraging children to engage in activities to build confidence, social skills, and independence, whilst supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring extra encouragement. While keeping a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Grove house nursery, 2025-12-08, 2026-03-06, Strong knowledge and a passion for supporting child-led learning through play. Essential skills include excellent communication for managing relationships, patience, flexibility, and the ability to foster independence, curiosity, and creativity in children. Understanding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide a broad and balanced curriculum. The staff at Grove House must also hold high expectations for every child and contribute to a nurturing and safe setting.
