- Contributed to the internal Architecture Playbook to include well architected framework, design patterns, security principles and design approach based on the industry-wide best practices to support software architecture team to standardize the design across all BAU and Greenfield projects.
- Key Generative AI Initiatives: Led multiple Gen-AI initiatives as PoC, Pilots and Live implementations. Following are the key ones:
- Transport for London (TFL): Live implementation of Resident discount scheme for Silvertown tunnel, London. Real time document and photo verification using Python libraries for data extraction, Document intelligence for data identification and fraud detection using Azure Open AI Service with GPT 3.5 Turbo and GPT 40 mini. Integration with TFL APIs to provide seamless user experience with existing interface and authorization. Millions saved by avoiding short-term hiring of personnels and increased the turnaround time of approvals from 5-7 days to real time in seconds.
- Santander (Germany): Banking call center use case to handle calls in real time using AWS Connect AI services to support the agent with knowledge base. Reviewed Data governance requirements as per EU AI Act and liaise with German stakeholders for an approval from European Work Council (EWC). Data analysis with Bedrock knowledge base to identify data residency and model availability to document the solution intent capturing comparison of various models and costing associated.
- Marks & Spencer (South Africa): Call center use case for a smart agent application to manage and understand M&S extensive documentation to help agents respond to real time calls leveraging technologies like Langchain, Azure Open AI Services, Milvus Vector database. Extensively involved in data privacy, governance, security, evaluating phyton libraries and the final solution design for the PoC and the Pilot.
- Key BAU and Greenfield Projects: DSA – Disability Student Allowance – Salesforce
- Mid Life MOT for DWP (Department for work and pensions) – React, Node.js, Mongo DB, Azure hosted App service, Power BI – Designed this Pilot project in high staked time constrained environment and presented to technology review board (TRB) for a quick go ahead. Due to budget constraints and no time to involve extended team, I single handedly drafted cost analysis, technology selection and budgeting with senior stakeholders and setup the Azure Live environment with Application gateway, custom domain, V-Net setup, Application gateway with private endpoints set up for Storage, Key Vault and Mongo DB hosted externally. This Pilot was delivered in two months from inception to delivery and gained much recognition for the fastest ever delivered project capita-wide the only project ever demonstrated on All Hands call.
- The Pension Regulators (TPR) Cloud migration – As Solution Architect designed the roadmap for cloud migration of multiple Web, API, and third-party services to cloud native services i.e. App Services and Function Apps, SSRS to Power BI Reports, CRM 2013 to Dynamic 365 CRM including defining Network and Security architecture and Disaster recovery in the High Level Design.
- On-Premise – .Net, C#, CRM 2011/2013, SSRS, Legacy code, Third party integrations – Supported on-Premise BAU Project as development lead and application architect.
- BBC Event Management – Customer management, events booking and scheduling with Dynamics 365, Azure hosted App services and hundreds of Function Apps. Provided technical analysis and design for various change requests impacting base design or architecture.
