Summary

I always make sure that I am always punctual within my job role by being welcoming and prepared to provide the best care. Being respectful towards individuals by providing support and reassurance to enable me to advocate for patients and their families. I always practice good communication skills; I find that having good communication skills makes it easier to deliver the best care and support for patients especially children. Effective communication also encourages reassurance new ideas on how we can support members of the team to promote the best service. I believe that being able to stay patient and calm in a stressful situation helps me to think clearly and act rationally. I voice out concerns and listen to them to make sure I avoid any incidents that could potentially be a high risk for children's health and safety.
