Charlotte Trueman

I work at the Grange Paddocks Café on a weekly basis, running every aspect of the Café. This has given me an all-around experience in making food and drinks, customer service, till management, hygiene, restocking and dealing with a rush of customers in a pressurised situation.

Attended the Royal Courts of Justice and Chelmsford Crown Court, attended trials and supported my superior in her duties. Supported and liaised with clients during court proceedings.

I worked at the Bishops Stortford Rugby Club shop every weekend during the 2022/23 season, selling kit to customers. This gave me valuable customer service experience in a demanding retail setting. My responsibilities included stock control, advising customers, taking payment, taking pre-orders and collaborating with colleagues.

I coached young players to develop their cricketing skills. This helped develop my leadership and communication skills, I also enjoyed interacting with pupils and parents.
