I joined Go skippy just before the business went live and was doing a customer service and sales role, as the business grew i took on the role of training the new employees to the business making sure all legal forms were completed and updated with hr, writing and keeping training manuals up to date and rolling out a 3 week training course to make sure all staff were compliant and competent within there new job role.
After this i moved into compliance and monitored the call centre's call to make sure each team in the uk and in the south African office were following FCA guidelines and giving feedback to managers each month.
During my 7 years at Brightside, i worked in the new business sales department then moving on to renewals and then as a senior advisor within the renewals team. My main role was to make sure sales targets were hit and being a first point of contact for the team.
