• Be confident in giving his medication, including his CPAP machine and feeding peg

• Assist with his learning of numbers, phonics, writing, reading and motor skills

• Lead a team of 8 volunteers during peak hatchling season, overseeing daily operations, managing the West Base, and co-ordinating all logistical aspects of turtle conservation activities.
• Direct and lead hatchling release events, ensuring the successful relocation and release of nests, while training team members in beach patrolling, nest excavation, and species identification (e.g, distinguishing Green and Loggerhead turtle tracks, recognising FCU, FCA, etc.).
• Play a pivotal role in community engagement, organising educational outreach programs and collaborating with local stakeholders to raise awareness about turtle conservation, enhancing public participation and support.
• Supervise nest management, including live biopsies and ring cage installations, and oversee the stranding network, responding to calls for stranded turtles with prompt and effective action.
• Demonstrate expertise in off-roading across sand dunes and mountainous terrain, managing transportation at the West Base, and ensuring husbandry standards to guarantee hatchling health and suitability for release.

• Being responsible for managing the pub alone in the day time, alongside working very busy evenings.
• Provide a good level of customer service, and level-headedly dealing with any difficult hypotheticals that may present

• Leading tours around the site, providing an excellent experience for visitors.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily animal husbandry tasks for the animals on the farm, such as feeding, cleaning and taking part in enrichment planning and carrying out these activities
• Hosting the Visitor centre, greeting customers, processing bookings and working the tills.
• Working the sample bars by delivering exceptional service of guided tastings through the drinks and food ranges.
• Provide the best customer service possible, helping customers have an exceptional experience at the attraction.
• On occasion, cover shifts at the farms partner bar, Fives Degrees West, working behind the bar, working the pop up bar etc.

• Being responsible for managing the pop up shop by myself on a day-to-day basis
• Provide the best customer service possible, helping customers have an amazing experience whilst looking around the shop
• Organise and lead the physical marketing for the shop.

• Carry out educational talks around the sanctuary, informing guests of the rehabilitation process, alongside the residents that reside there.
• Provide the best customer service possible, helping customers have an amazing experience whilst visiting the sanctuary.
