• I work as an associate in an AMXL warehouse
• During my time I have been trained as an instructor, an inbound problem solver, indoor marshal and I am a member of the Safety committee in my FC.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching new hires basic requirements for multiple different process paths.
• Tackled challenges creatively and resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately.
• Raising tickets in order to increase productivity in the FC

• The first associate to acquire a part-time blue badge in AMXL history

Outline

• At Farmer Copley's my main job was to work on the shop floor, thus meaning I would be on the tills, restocking the shelves, serving and helping customers
• I would also help deep clean the shop floor most evenings
• I also worked on the deli and the gelato station so I have some experience of handling food
• Working in a farm shop meant I also helped out throughout the farm
• This included heavy lifting, helping out in the field, setting up equipment for the events and driving small tractors with trailers attached to the back

Key responsibilities

• Accepted and processed cash, cheque, card and mobile payments using POS systems
• Greeted customers and offered assistance with items and completing purchases
• Provided service with a smile, offering courteous, helpful advice to best meet customer needs

Achievements

• Whilst I worked there, I completed a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.

• My role consisted of replenishing stock, helping customers, having a detailed understanding of the stock, cleaning the store and working on the till.

• I worked at Changing Lives for 2 weeks for my work placement and looked after children in the creche.

• I worked in a sandwich shop on the tills serving customers and placing orders
• I also helped out in the kitchen when needed.
