Running and painting

  • Every week I play tennis which allows me to utilise skills such as multi tasking, time management when scheduling practice, as well as teamwork when playing doubles involving cooperation and mutual support.
  • Running involves strict discipline and drive to push myself to run every other day which is needed in job roles to ensure punctuality and high attendance.
  • Painting exercises my precision and attention to detail which can be translated to roles such as a receptionist or waitress via managing data entry and customer concerns. Painting also requires patience and focus which is useful when handling repetitive tasks without loss of quality over time.
