Summary

I consider myself to be a highly versatile and adaptable individual, currently in a Teaching Assistant role within a year 6 class. I am proactive in providing positive and productive support for the class teacher and collaborate well with the phase lead to improve student attainment, providing cover where necessary and taking ownership of additional English lessons for a group of year 5 and 6 students. I have been given the opportunity to progress to a HLTA position from September, with ambitions to complete a Primary PGCE with QTS in 2024 to become a qualified teacher.
