• Coordinated creation of 52 bilingual stories by setting publication timeline, liaising with translators, illustrators, and dubbing artists, compiling bilingual glossaries, proofreading story translations and generating graphics with Midjourney AI
• Managed founder's Facebook page with 27k followers by maintaining a daily presence and generating excitement for weekly story releases
• Collaborated with UK-based IT team in launching a family-friendly and error-free web portal for publishing bilingual stories
• Pitched to social enterprise funders, government officials and entrepreneurs in a funding competition, earning a final 8 among 400 applications

• (As Project Manager) streamlined editorial workflow by creating a digitalised calendar and proofread all editors' submissions by ensuring all jargon was translated according to UN glossary and enhancing the readability of text
