Having originally joined JD Wetherspoon for a part time position whilst completing my studies, I then had two promotions and became part of the management team as a Bar Shift Leader. Furthermore, I was appointed the role of 'Trusted Responsible Person' within the pub, meaning I could confidentially assist employees with any complaints they may have if they didn't feel comfortable using the company's other available channels.
