As a key member of the internal HR team, I provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation. My main responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Assisting with recruitment by corresponding with candidates, conducting initial screenings and scheduling further interviews
  • Preparing offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Supporting the monthly payroll process by providing accurate employee data to providers
  • Monitoring and managing the HR inbox, triaging and resolving a wide range of employee queries
  • Assisting with the creation and review of policies and compliance procedures
  • Contributing to ad hoc HR projects aimed at improving our processes and the employee experience
